To create DDD files a licensed version of the 3D-Tool CAD-Viewer is required. A free trial key can be request in the viewer after installation:

The trial key activates all functions and file formats: CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, Inventor, Solid Edge, Rhino, JT, X_T, STEP, IGES, and SAT.
The trial key activates conversion of these CAD files to CATProduct, CATPart, STEP, IGES, VDA and X_T.
The trial key activates saving to 3D-Tool DDD files and to many 3D visualization file formats.
