Order Info and Online Store

For detailed order information, please select customer group and country as this determines the type of ordering and payment.

Business Customer - Germany

German business customers order on invoice payable strictly net within 10 days. Please send your orders, quote requests and questions by e-mail or fax.

To process an order we need:

• Amount and type of ordered licenses, updates, upgrades
• Billing address and delivery address
• Information on licensee (name, contact data, address)
• For updates and upgrades the serial numbers of the licenses

Ordering via the 3D-Tool Online Store

German business customers can use the 3D-Tool online store for ordering on invoice but also for payment by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Diners.

Business Customer - MyCommerce

In some countries, accounting by 3D-Tool GmbH & Co. KG is not possible. These business customers therefore order from our authorized reseller MyCommerce.

3D-Tool licenses cannot currently be ordered via mycommerce. In a few days we will offer an alternative platform. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The purchase process and payment takes place according to the MyCommerce/DigitalRiver terms and conditions displayed in the shopping cart.

Business Customer - Online Store

Except for a few countries, the 3D-Tool online shop is available to our international business customers for ordering and secure payment by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Diners.

VAT-free Delivery

European business customers need to enter a valid Value Added Tax Identification number in the field "VAT-ID". All other business customers provide the number under which the company or business is registered at the local tax authorities. The identification number is required and the tax is calculated when you are checking out for payment.

Private customers

Consumers have not been able to purchase 3D-Tool licenses since May 2023.

Our offer is aimed exclusively at companies and the self-employed.
